Milton is my service guy. Always answers my questions no matter how ridiculous or out of left field they are and doesn’t make me feel like a “car idiot.” Always makes me feel good about my decision to bring my vehicle to Williams. I’m capable of certain things and he doesn’t BS or take advantage of me. Car came back basically detailed too! Wash and a good interior wipe down was very unexpected and welcome. Love these guys!!

I purchased my 2024 VW Tiguan from Williams VW and now have nearly 80,000 miles on it (yes, I have a long commute!). Every single service has been completed at the Williams VW service department, and I’ve had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the car-buying process to ongoing maintenance, the entire team has been outstanding. Their service pricing is always competitive, and the process is transparent and straightforward. I especially appreciate the professionalism and dedication of the service manager, Steve, and service advisors, Milt and Chais. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is done right and that I leave completely satisfied. I highly recommend Williams VW to anyone considering purchasing a new VW or looking for a reliable place to service their vehicle.

Extremely happy with the dealership and the staff, top to bottom supper customer service oriented, not the typical pressure salesman tactics with the usual story “there is another person interested and you need to enter your application so I can reserve the vehicle for you”, I have had this before and it automatically turns me away! I had my first Audi Q5, 4 cylinder and I sold it to my son, he loved it. He still has it but he will sell it and he just purchased from James a VW Taos just because he needs to drive more and the gas mileage is better in the 4 cylinder VW Taos. I just might buy back his Q5 for daily use. I liked the Q5 so much that I purchased a Q7 because my husband liked this version more. This is a 6 cylinder but it is super quiet, you can hardly tell the engine is on and the mileage is great vs the Q5, not much difference really and the extra features in the Q7 are incredible. Thus, we are a very happy returning customer and we recommend this Audi VW Okemos dealership and the Staff: Trisha (Mgr); James (Salesman); Steve (Service Mgr); Erin (Service Assistant); Mandy (Customer service); Jacob (Service); all the mechanics and the rest of the Staff in both Audi and VW they are all first class individuals with one purpose, make sure the client is always happy and to treat them with the outmost respect and professionalism. We will only purchase these 2 brands. My entire extended family only buys Audi, Mercedes, VW (and Suburbans because my husband, my Dad, my brother like a bigger size for longer rides with everyone in one car and because they need to tow items once in a while and for that a Suburban is the way to go). I cannot wait to see how the Taos performs for my son and that will determine my future daughter in law’s vehicle. What an excellent buying experience! We live a couple hours away, so when we reached out, Victoria and James were happy to work with us to put together a deal via email. They managed to negotiate a great interest rate for us. Everything felt very transparent and responsive, and there wasn't even a hint of the high-pressure sales tactics common at most dealerships. Ben, the finance manager, was friendly and efficient. When we went to pick up the car, we were in and out in under an hour, and much of that time was "hey, let's give you a tour of your new car!" not them trying to upsell us on warranties, etc. I cannot say enough good things about Victoria, James, Ben, and the Williams VW team.
