Had a great experience working with Blaine and the finance team to get the truck I wanted at a price I wanted. I called and spoke with Blaine prior to driving to the dealership and once I arrived the truck was pulled up and ready to be test driven immediately. Everyone was very personable to myself and my wife, they made our buying process stress free with no pressure added. I’d highly recommend Blaine and this dealership!

I was researching the purchase of a power wagon. Blaine reached out to me to offer his help in answering my questions. Zero pressure sales technique which was refreshing. I scheduled a visit and test drive and due to my schedule it was several days. He said no problem and would work with me. Arrived on a Saturday morning and purchased my power wagon. Process was absolutely painless. Upper management supported Blaine and I ended up purchasing many upgrades. I live over 50 miles from this dealership and will be going out of my way to use the service department of this small business. Absolutely happy.

Took Ram 1500 Ecodiesel in on 1/30/26 for fuel pump recall 23V-263. Recall states "replace the HPFP, and inspect and, if necessary, replace additional fuel system components". After fuel pump was replaced began getting Code P0191 - Fuel Rail Pressure sensor out of range. This is a common code from contamination of failing HPFP. Dealer refused to replace any other components, THE ENTIRE FUEL SYSTEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED. Took truck home. Coolant reservoir is cracked and overfill hose ripped off bottom. And Bolts to Radiator Fan were loose. Diesel was spilt from replacing fuel pump and not cleaned up. Coolant was split all over battery and not cleaned up. Terrible service, do not recommend. I'm not $400 in on sensors that should have been replaced in warranty, and $140 in on a new coolant reservoir fixing damage they caused. Injectors and lines and fuel rails should have been cleaned or replaced but were refused. Update: Dealer responded below. Still no assistance or coverage offered or even offer in covering the expense of collant tank damage.
