I came here today for an oil change. When I called ahead, I mentioned that my vehicle is a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500, and the initial quote was $130 for the oil change. Upon arrival, the service advisor, Yair, explained that because my truck is diesel, the final cost came to $189.99 plus tax. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service. The service quality was excellent — they changed the oil, rotated the front and rear tires, and everything was done professionally. Yair and the team were friendly and efficient, and the waiting time was about 1.5 hours, possibly close to 2 hours, which was reasonable. They also provided snacks and coffee in the waiting area, which was a nice touch. The only minor drawback was that the waiting area was a bit cold, so I’d recommend bringing a jacket if you’re sensitive to cold temperatures. Overall, a great experience and definitely a 5-star service. I’d definitely come back again.

My experience at Williamson Cadillac have always been extraordinary. My Service Representative is a gentleman named Yair. This guy is fantastic. He's helped me in emergencies even when he was off duty. He has saved the day for me on a few occasions. Always giving me prompt professional service, attention to detail, extensive follow-ups to make sure that my problems are solved, I have no complaints at all about him. From his supervisors to the top management. They've always taken care of my needs in the most professional manner. Knowledgeable, quick , courteous and solid trouble shooting by their technical staff are second to none. I'm a Happy Customer in every sense of the word.

Although the problem with my car was serious, Yair the service department representative was always very communicative and helpful. The staff in the loaner department also did a great job. They turned what could have been a truly bad experience with my car into a process that wasn't so bad after all. I wouldn't buy the same car again, but I would definitely do business with Williamson team many more times.

The combination of Yorny Fundora, Luis Carbonell and Jermaine Chambers was like no other!! They made me feel comfortable about my first solo purchase. I explained what I was looking for car wise and price wise, and they went above and beyond. Offered me various quotes and showed that my choice wasnt the best and that they had my best interest at heart and offered me a better deal than I had hoped for! Jermaine took his time explaining the payment plan, worked with the bank to get me the best price point! Patient, understanding, and guidance, they all knocked out of the park!!
