Williamson Uxbridge GM - Service

I recently took my truck to Williamson Uxbridge for a transmission diagnosis after experiencing shifting concerns. The staff (Guy StePierre and Mr.Hooker) were very professional, taking the time to listen to my concerns and road testing my truck. Overall, l had a great experience with Williamson Uxbridge. Their honesty and thorough diagnosis gave me confidence in their service. I would definitely consider them for future repairs and or sales. They went above and beyond.

I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance and dropped my car off early in the morning. No one contacted me the entire day, so I called after 5 PM—only to be told they were "too busy" and my car would be fixed tomorrow instead. A simple call or update would have been the minimum courtesy. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and respect for my time.
