WILLIS Cadillac did you “hijack” my 2008 SRX Cadillac? First I get a call from Logan to alert me that the instrument panel was repaired but in the interim you damaged my dash, and they had to do a junk yard search and they finally found a match and it was on the way from a junk yard in Indiana—a week later Logan leaves a text stating there was a delay in shipment— two weeks later I get a call from Dan the Service Manager reiterating what Logan told me two weeks earlier— the next day I get a call from the Willis Cadillac Used Car Section —- asking if I wanted to sell my Cadillac SRX for the cost of repair and blue book value—- response NO! Let’s recap— I took my car in just to have WILLIS fix the instrument panel that would go dark inadvertently from time to time on May 4th, and here it is June 9th and the last time I heard from Willis with an update was May 28th. I was an avid Cadillac supporter due to dependability and still believe in the craftsmanship. However, I have an appointment in Iowa City with my oncologist in a few weeks, and would like to drive my dependable 2008 Cadillac SRX—- I am asking the next level of the WILLIS Management Team to make this happen because I have been more than patience — as you know CANCER waits for no one!

Service manager James at Willis is awesome. Made sure any warranty work my car needed was done, also did the leg work to get my warranty transferred over to Willis so I can get my car serviced there. Highly recommend James and the team there at Willis. Friendly and was able to get in and out quickly.

Service experience was good. Was able to complete service and parts installation in an expected time frame. Was provided a loaner to run a couple errands. Willis personnel were professional and attentive to my needs. They answered my questions promptly.

From the moment of first contact we were given the highest level of respect, kindness, guidance and expertise. Nate was so helpful and mentored us through out the sales process. After the sale Nate and Colin made sure we were educated and comfortable with the new technology features on my CT5. The entire team at Willis Cadillac took very good care of us.

I purchased a 2022 Cadillac CT5-V in August from Todd Lee. He was fantastic to work with. Last week, I had scheduled oil change, tire rotation, 2 recalls, a fix to the pillar piece on the interior of the car as well as an estimate for a door ding (Grr). Aaron Weaver was the individual that I worked with in service and he was tremendous. He provided updates along the way and let me know that the pillar piece was actually broken and they needed to order it to replace, which would take about 1 week. He offered to let me keep the loaner vehicle I had been given while they waited for the part. A week later, Aaron called back to let me know the part had been installed. I asked about the door ding and he provided the quote and said that the body center would be able to squeeze it in the next morning. Since it was my first service, the oil change and tire rotation was complementary with the purchase of my vehicle. The recalls and pillar piece were warranty work and allowed for me to have the loaner vehicle at no cost to me. The only out-of-pocket I was responsible for was the door ding. I was very pleased with the service Cadillac provided throughout the whole process. My car was well taken care of while on the Willis Auto Campus lot. I was very happy to have Clockwork back this week! Thanks again for going above and beyond to provide amazing service to your customers!
