The end of the rainbow 🌈 is at Willis Chevrolet 🚙 in Granger, IA, where I found my unicorn 🦄 ! Special thank you to Robb 🍀who helped open the gate to the green pasture, and to Nick who was the wizard who allowed miracles to happen! 🦄🧙🪄 For three weeks, I searched all of the Greater Des Moines area, and test drove almost every Toyota Sienna 2014-2021 that was listed on FB Marketplace and dealerships’ websites to include traveling to Ames! Arriving at Willis in hopes of test driving a Sienna that would have removable second row seats . . . Only to be told she was SOLD! She was heading to auction! Yikes! 😱 Robb spent a little time trying to understand my needs or wants in a vehicle. Even calling around to discover that the 2015-2020 Toyota Siennas were considered unicorns. People are overpaying for these vehicles and buying them with high miles! They sell FAST and don’t last long on the market. Robb took the time to learn about why this van was so important to me and why it’s taken me three weeks to find one. I was on a mission for a used Toyota Sienna! I sold my 4Runner in less than 24 hours from posting it to start my hunt for a used, but amazing van! The only thing I was really being stubborn about was price. I wasn’t going to pay the market rate of “good condition” if the vehicle needed work to get it up to “good condition” standards. I told Robb I was willing to purchase a vehicle at a lower price if it needed work and I was willing to pay to fix it myself. I just didn’t want to overpay as my time and money are valuable to me. After a bit of hunting and finding no other solutions, Robb asked Nick if he would be willing to sell me the Sienna instead of sending it to auction for a lower price if I agreed. Nick considered the request and found it reasonable. He held the vehicle for me for a couple of days while I waited for the Toyota dealer to perform a pre-purchase inspection. The vehicle did need some work, and the price Nick was willing to sell it plus the price in repairs came together in a magical way! I was getting my unicorn for a great price after everything was calculated. Thank you Robb, Nick, and Austin for all your help making our new/used vehicle adventure even more magical by allowing miracles to happen! My daughter and I absolutely LOVE our new van! It’s got even more features than we had hoped for! 🙏🍀🦄💜 We definitely recommend visiting Willis Chevrolet in Granger for your next new vehicle! Smoothest dealer interaction we’ve had!

This was my first time at Willis Chevrolet of Granger. Absolutely great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the scheduler to the service team. Adam let me know they found an issue with my Traverse. Parts department had the parts the following day and we have scheduled a follow-up appointment. I have found a new dealership to do business with. Yay!!

I had a great experience when shopping at this dealership. I was from out of state and had about a 2.5 hour drive but I would absolutely buy from here again because of how well the experience was. We figured out pricing for the new tuck and everything before making the drive and once we got there the process was fast and easy. Nick and Bernardo were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions.
