Being in Kansas City, Missouri finding a local low mileage (100K under) 03-07 Silverado that’s super clean & rust-free is virtually impossible to find. Willow Creek Motors LLC had just the truck when expanding my search Nationwide & after reviewing the supplied Carfax from their website prompted me to pursue further. Knowing this was a long shot given I was over a thousand miles away & these trucks are in high demand I decided to make the call. Ron (owner) was quick to answer, knew the trucks history, didn’t get annoyed with my questions (which were many), & was quick to fulfill my request for additional photos. First impression out of the gate…..impressive. Ron speaks like a normal person & his practical & informal approach to car sales was refreshing! Ron made things very easy on me & even offered to pick me up at the airport. This is important as his business is about an hour west of Missoula, so no additional uber/lift expense etc. I got to the office safely, paid with a cashier’s check that Ron was able to verify prior to me flying in. Little things worth mentioning Ron did, incredibly quick to respond through voice & text. He made sure the truck was road worthy which included newer battery, newer tires, fresh oil change, air filter change, and a full tank of fuel for my 1000-mile trek back home. Ron honored our verbal agreement over the phone despite being offered $2K over what i paid from locals. Unknowingly to me, Ron planned for a hotel should I had arrived and not liked something about the truck. These things speak to his character & show why he’s been in business for 30+ years. I wouldn’t hesitate to do it all over again. Remember….there must be a mutual level of trust shared by both parties in a car deal like this. Just know I had a great experience traveling halfway across the country to pick up this sweet, hard to find, Silverado. It was a pleasure doing business with Ron at Willow Creek Motors LLC & we still share the occasional text from time to time. I hope this review will help out-of-state buyers who may be on the fence about a purchase.

Second time I've purchased a car from Ron. The selection is always quality, and always changing, so check it often! He listens to what you need, your price range, and solid recommendations. Prices are fair, cars are inspected, clean, and dependable. You know what you are getting, and he is honest in his assessment of the vehicles he sells. The car I purchased the other week had battery issue the day after, and Ron and his team immediately made it right. I don't enjoy car shopping, but Ron makes it easy, no pressure, and without regrets. Will buy from again in the future. You should just stop in and see for yourself.

I don't even know where to start! Ron is our go-to for our vehicles! We never had any issues with the vehicles we got from Willow Creek! My recent purchase is just amazing and I will always go back to Ron. I asked him to find me a Jeep Wrangler. He went above and beyond! The car is in mint condition, better than anything I continue to see out there in the market. Clean, drives great, no engine issues, everything is just amazing.
