Wow is all I can say about Willowbrook Ford. The sales team exceeded all my expectations. Chuck I, and Matt took great time and care of me by locating the Rapid Red color from another state. You heard right my F150 was in Ohio, and off they went to retrieve it. The sales manager took great care of me during the application process. I can’t say enough about the whole team. I recently made a purchase from this dealership and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality vehicle. They had the best options in the Chicagoland suburbs and I had been looking for at least a month for a vehicle that had decent mileage, a clean record, and great features. I was helped by Simon who was very knowledgeable and made the process enjoyable, which was rare for me at other dealerships in the past. I am in love with my new car and feel confident that the information he gave me was transparent, with no “sly tactics” that I’ve seen from salesmen in the past. Another plus is that before the car was officially mine, the service shop made sure it was cleaned thoroughly and it looked spotless as I drove home. Overall, this is a great dealership with trustworthy salesmen and plenty of options within many price ranges.

Daniel (ford side) and Mike (Kia side) worked with me to find an amazing vehicle for my purchase. I was very indecisive between the ford Mustang Mach-e and the Kia EV9. I ultimately went with the EV9 after a lot of debate. I was definitely being a pain in the butt.
