My husband and I went into Willrodt prepared to purchase a Yukon. And with the encouragement from Taylor to test drive a Ford Expedition we fell in love! Frank was incredibly helpful through the entire process and assisted us with even getting the front windshield replaced and ordering weather tech floor mats! We have even worked with Gavin in the service department to assist with any maintenance needed to our vehicle since owning it! Overall the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend Willrodt Ford!

Superb experience with Frank and everyone at the Willrodt family. We bought a used 2022 Bronco Sport Badlands right off their website, (which for me was kind of sight unseen) having never driven it I put a lot of trust into Frank. He did not disappoint; the car is better than expected and he was so accommodating he even had it delivered to my front door. I have nothing but good things to say about Willrodt and Frank, well he is one straight shooter who went out of his way to help my family out. In doing so I now have a very happy, almost sixteen-year-old girl who thinks her dad is the coolest dad around (for a day or two). Thank you, Frank, and Willrodt Ford!!!

On the Monday prior to Thanksgiving I found that I had a differential leak, a fairly bad one, while visiting Wisconsin. On Tuesday I was driving home to western Washington. No Ford dealer could get me in... hunting season, Thanksgiving, other customers... but I did get into a private mechanic who was able to top off my differential. I left Wisconsin on Tuesday knowing I'd need more. Calling Ford dealers along the way, I found Willrodt Ford who agreed to see me. They inspected the car and found that the leak had gone from fairly bad to really bad. Because of Thanksgiving, their Ford Tech wasn't working. However, Gavin, the fellow clearly in charge, helped again by topping me off and making the strong and correct call that the car needed more help. A 2023 Expedition with 17,000 miles shouldn't have had this issue. Thank you Gavin and Willrodt Ford. The car was repaired later that day and thanks to you and the folks who made the repair, we made it home safely.

Wilrot has an outstanding team! We never felt pressured or “sold” a vehicle. The team was genuinely empathetic, worked together and kind focused on our needs.
