Took my car in today for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be a few minutes and the driver would be back and could take us somewhere. We set in the waiting room as directed. After an hour and a half. I went to inquire bc I was just getting an oil change and tire rotation. I noted my car sitting in the parking lot. The man at the service desk now said he would go look and see how much longer. Also, when I commented I had been waiting bc we were told the driver would be back in a few. This man says “yeah the drivers have been busy.” I point out my car to him sitting in the parking lotThe keys and paperwork were laid on the other desk. No apology, no oops. Then when I asked at the desk where I paid if they have send customer reviews, everyone n that office looked but no one asked was there a problem. Bc if they had I would have told the em and not got on social media for this. There customer service has definitely gone down!

Like family! After an unsuccessful 2025 suburban order placed in Oct 2024 (Chevrolet never built), Kirk and Crystal went on a multi month search for us to find this similar built 2026 suburban.
