Wow! Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle !!!! Kalista Adkins-Perrson and team were awesome. I had an hour and half drive to get to WACCDJR I called and told them I would like to come and check out a used truck they had on the lot and that I wouldn’t be there until closer to 5:30p (they close at 6:00p) she said we’ll be waiting on you. We kept in contact throughout the day ( they didn’t hound me or keep bugging about when I could be or if I could make it sooner). Upon arrival the truck I came to look at was at the front door waiting for me. They let me and my wife look at it without following us around like vultures. Kalista brought me the keys put a plate on it and said take it for spin see what you think. We loved it. After the test we went inside for discussion on purchasing told them where we wanted to be and they nailed. Made a few adjustments to help us out and the deal was done. The best part was they didn’t make us feel rushed even though it was well after closing time (like hurry up we want to go home) we felt like we mattered and made us feel comfortable along with joking and laughing with us. I was buying from of state, so a little nervous not knowing this particular dealership. I was told they had a good reputation and they more than lived up to that. Kalista did a wonderful job throughout the sales process--warm and welcoming! The van I bought had been thoroughly checked by Wilmington Auto Center. My Ford dealer at home said the car also passed its own multipoint inspection. "It's perfect!" the Ford service department said. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and Kalista and the Wilmington Auto Center.

The best customer service I ever had. Miss Atkins is the best car sales person I have ever met. I bought myself a 07 Saturn view and it is in very beautiful car. I recommend coming to this location, even if you have a teenager needing their first car. This is the best place to come.

When I first walked into the auto center out comes Kalista Adkins-Persson happy go lucky looking to make a deal and boy did she. She is a wonderful sales person cheerful courteous and well knowledge on all things and people. She provided a personal touch to our dealings and was willing to go further to make a deal for me.
