Had a 5 star experience at Wilson Ford today with Thomas Schulz! My husband and I came in to look at a used Blazer and Tom already had it pulled up to the front for us when we got there! They worked with us on our trade in and Tom was up front and honest about everything. He even changed over our keychain, plate, and a few things we had left in the old car over to the new one while we were in the finance room, and I very much appreciated the attention to detail! Overall excellent experience and excellent service! 10/10 recommend
I went in to get a used ranger, this was my first time getting a vehicle from a dealership, and my man Kenny was nothing less than a massive help! What should've been a simple couple hour process ended up taking days because the insurance company kept pulling us through loops. After two days of BS, Kenny told me not to worry about it and within a day, he had everything taken care of, and because of my work schedule, he personally delivered the vehicle to my house over an hour away!! On top that, he kept a very positive and trying attitude throughout the whole ordeal, and easily answered every question I had. It's obvious he really cares about his job, as well as his customers. Thank you again Kenny, I really appreciate everything!
