My husband and I came to Portland from Central Oregon for the weekend and visited several dealerships while shopping for a new vehicle. Wilsonville Toyota had great reviews and stood out from the rest. We've left other dealerships in the past because no one ever came over to help us, but that wasn't the case here. Pete Chavez greeted us right away, and shortly after, Tre Garcia joined us. We originally came in looking for a truck with towing capability, but Pete and Tre pointed out the 4Runners and suggested we take one for a test drive. We're glad he did. We've always liked 4Runners, and when Pete told us the one we were driving was built in Japan that sold us. Tre worked hard to secure us a competitive interest rate, and the process moved quickly. They also gave us a great value for our trade-in, and compared to other dealerships we visited, our 4Runner was priced very competitively for the same specs. What we appreciated most was how simple the process felt. Tre handled everything from start to finish, so there was no bouncing between different people. Buying a vehicle is always a big decision, but Pete and Tre made the experience smooth. We'd absolutely return to Wilsonville Toyota and would recommend them to others.

My fiancé and I love the "No Bull" Policy! It made our first new car buying experience smooth and easy! Our sales-person Jesse had a lot to do with that as well. It was nice being able to work with one person from start to finish, and he was always happy to explain things to us. There was never a moment we felt confused or pressured to buy! My experience at Wilsonville Toyota was fantastic. The folks there really do care. Brian the sales manager took the time to hear all my questions, he listened and actually did his best to accommodate my request and concerns with the whole buying process. He was very professional and polite, explained everything in a straightforward easy to digest way. Luis the salesman who initially helped me was also very polite and easy to work with. He took the time to find out what I needed and did a great job just giving me the best possible prices and finance options that he could. While I did take a while to decide on the right car they were patient did not push or pry to get a sale. It was Darby who finally helped me close the deal, he did a lot of the final paper and helped me get my vehicle ready. The 3 of them all were outstanding, I really felt like I got an amazing deal. I am very happy on my purchase of a 2025 rav4 xle. It is the best vehicle have ever had. I look forward to many years of doing business at Wilsonville Toyota.

Was shopping for vehicles locally in Bend, OR. Going through the whole process was exhausting with the sketchy talk with the local sales teams but we found a great deal at Wilsonville Toyota and called ahead and was able to get a ton of information before making the 6 hour round trip. When we arrived we met with Jesse M. Who was absolutely incredible. Their no Bull sales model is great we knew the price out the door and didn’t have to do the whole back and forth thing, Jesse was able to get us an incredible deal on our trade in and made everything so smooth the entire day. He answered all of our questions and even went out of his way to get us some extra info from the service department. After a full day he let us know our vehicle was ready! He had the vehicle washed, given another detail and filled with gas! Our experience with Jesse was everything you’d wish for when purchasing a new vehicle!
