I bought a car from them in 2023 , a cash car and they said it was just one minor issue that was wrong with it. The car only ran for two days, it sounded like the bottom of the car was about to come apart. I was so upset at the fact that it was a cash car, no refunds. This car should have went to a junk yard, not to be sold. I am still upset that the sellers would push this car onto people knowing that it was trash. Very dishonest and money hungry. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Women bring with you a trusty mechanic when test driving.
I searched for a particular vehicle last year and found what I thought would be the perfect one. The dealer was very friendly as well as the sales associate. After leaving with the car several things were wrong. I took the car back for service/warranty repairs at my own cost. The problem was I took the car to an outside mechanic who explained the problems, no big deal, but they didn't test the car, look at the inside of the car nor drive the car. I take responsibility because my gut feelings were to not buy the car because of several issues not worth mentioning. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone as I've had a bad experience maybe you won't. Buyer be aware.
Got a Chevrolet Impala from them and it's a great car
Chad and James are very professional very Curtis very polite honest they will work with you as long as you talk to them when you’re having a hard time they helped me get a vehicle when I was having a hard time with another vehicle that I was having problems with that I was at the time buying but kept having trouble with since day one my wife found Wiltshire auto on Facebook and told me about them so I went to see chad and James and I told them my problem and what was going on and they put me in a 2007 mercy Mariner witch both my wife and I love I highly recommend Wiltshire auto in Greenwood to everyone they have both in house financing witch are the vehicles they finance and outside financing witch are vehicles they finance threw other companies they have cars trucks and suvs if they don’t have what you’re looking for let them know and they will get it for you if you don’t see it on there lot
Sold me a bad truck. Blown heads. Four months after purchase. Found me a mechanic, he told me they had used sealant on the truck... Start asking them question on messenger, got blocked
