Logan made everything super easy and enjoyable when my old vehicle was stolen, I was in another province and had to buy a new vehicle! He discussed exactly what I wanted and got me to give a detailed list of want vs need and made sure to find me the perfect truck that ended up having everything on my list! He then picked me up with all my military kit (plus a friend and their kit) from the airport personally, got me to the beautiful dealership, and helped me with all the small little last paperwork, registration, installing the app on my phone and giving me an extremely detailed tour of everything in the trunk. From essentials like where spare tire is, to all the dashboard options and even got my phone set up. Logan kept in touch without being overbearing and months later even helped me get tires shipped to another province when I had to move a bit quicker then planned and didn't get in to pick up the tires before leaving. Honestly the dealership is beautiful (and has good coffee!), everyone I interacted with was helpful, kind, and not pushy with sales tactics, but were very competent. Logan was above and beyond though with customer support and making sure to always be highly professional but also add personal touch in "checking in texts" that made me not feel like just a number. He made purchasing a vehicle when I was stressed and in a whole different province easy and got me exactly what I needed and was transparent the entire time with costs and timelines. Can't recommend enough! Ps: Also, if thinking about a 2026 RAM Rebel - do it!! I bought this 5 months ago and have ZERO regrets. I've hauled small horse trailer with horses, and it drives exact same as without hauling. I've also driven half way across Canada and it's over 10k kms and still acting brand new.

Taking a minute to share the experience I had working with my salesman James and manager Brandon purchased my 2022 Mach E in September, and am in love with the vehicle first and foremost, it was in beautiful condition and the detail crew had it looking amazing After picking up the vehicle, we realized the tires were a bit too large and they were slightly larger than factory, upon bringing this up with the dealership they were able to order me factory sized tires and switched them over at no cost to me which they didn’t have to do. They also detailed the vehicle during that tire swap free of charge which I wasn’t expecting at all. I also purchased a Pro pack, which covers a lot, from undercoating to the interior leather, fabrics. And paint protection etc. I was unaware it didn’t include exterior dings, ( my fault for not reading through exactly what is / isn’t covered ) Upon getting a door ding I contacted the Dealership in hopes to get it done only to find out my pro pack doesn’t cover that. They understood that I was mis understanding of what it all covers but out of his own pocket, Brandon the manager told me he will personally take care of the dent as he felt bad since I only purchased the vehicle a month ago and wanted me to be happy with my purchase James pyper, my salesman. Did amazing, I’m not someone who likes to be sold. I want to find what I want without the pressure and he was amazing at that. He’s very honest and just let me enjoy the test drive and made the entire sales process a breeze I couldn’t recommend someone more. The dealership itself is beautiful it’s large, spacious and everyone is very hospitable. Through the process as it was my first time buying a car, I felt as if I didn’t negotiate enough and purchased a life insurance policy that afterwards I felt as I didn’t need. When bringing this up to Brandon he let me know that it’s actually cancelable, which I didn’t know. He was very honest and gave me the number and resources to cancel it if I so please. I’m very happy with how this dealership has been able to fix and solve any problems / concerns I’ve had come up since purchasing the Mach E. And I’m happy to recommend dealing with them now based on how I’ve been treated since

Dropped my Jeep Wrangler off to get a soft top installed. I was quoted 3 hrs. It took a little longer than expected. Jalina got me an Uber home, then then to work the next day and back to the dealership. She only charged me for the 3 hrs quoted. She was amazing to deal with. Great communication, quick replies.
