I was unsure if I was able to get another vehicle. Ended up finding Hyundai Windward! Walked in that morning not know what or if I could get anything but I had a certain vehicle in mind. Walked in and was greeted and helped by Grace Toft. From the start she was so amazing. Made everything so relax, easy, and comfortable. We have been searching for a reliable vehicle for some time, and we were feeling a little discouraged after some large dealerships either would not even contact us or try to put us in older vehicles, asking for a large amount of money down. Wes, and his manager was able to take care of us and get us approved for a 2026 vehicle in literally less than an hour. All of this done without us having to sit at a dealership for hours and no going back and forth with down payments and monthly payments. Wes knew what we were looking for and took care of us and what our family needed. He was in constant contact, super transparent and generally made sure we were happy. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Marc and Quentin who immediately made us feel like family. Marc is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. When we came from Tony Hyundai to Windward Jerry V, I was already on edge as it felt like Tony Hyundai was a hostage situation trying to sell us a car we didn’t need. However, as we got a chance to work with the team at Jerry V—including Flo, Michael, Grace, and Quentin—it truly felt like a warm and safe blanket calming my nerves. It was as if my fight or flight disarmed and my trauma from Tony Hyundai started to heal. I’ve always heard Jerry V’s ads on the radio, but never really considered them as they didn’t have much of a physical/visual presence over the years. What REALLY pushed us to give them a try was Tony Hyundai trying to convince us not to go to Jerry V. It ended up being the best decision we ever made. Tony Hyundai is right to see Jerry V as a competitor as they are everything Tony Hyundai is not. We never felt pressured to make a purchase on a car if we weren’t ready. Michael even walked us through how the negotiating process worked. Flo was honest with us and advised we would make more money selling our car via private party instead of a trade-in. Grace treated us with kindness and patience. Choosing a car is a lengthy process, especially if it is the car you will be using in the newest chapter of your life. For us, we wanted a car that we could grow into as our family grows.

I'm always skeptical about going to dealerships. We had taken our hybrid Ioniq to Midas for an oil change, but they told me that we needed an engine oil flush. They also they didn't offer that service. My hubby called around and Jerry V quoted us $249, which was a fair price. They flushed the engine and added new oil. We arrived at our scheduled time and checked in with Samantha at the service department. We left our keys with her and the service was done an hour and a half later. We thought that they would tell us that we needed to get this and that fixed, but they wasn't the case. They were very honest and didn't try to upsell us anything. She just told us that we needed new tires and a new dip stick. I got to talking to Samantha and she was very pleasant. She was also very knowledgeable. Thanks Jerry V and Samantha.
