I had a good experience here. The price of the car was fair, the salesman and sales manager were great to work with. Got me financed quickly with a great rate and even returned my rental for me so I could take my new car home. Finance manager was great too. Easy to talk to and work with, no pressure, made the whole experience end incredibly. 10/10 would recommend.

Love the ease of service. Pulled into the service area. No waiting. Cindy was efficient friendly and was able to explain the process. Informed us of the recall situation and explained the reason for that delay. Meet the cleaning person T a lovely person that took care of the waiting area with care and efficiency. Very personal able. Loved the experience. We walked into the show room looking at the new models. Our son and daughter are interested in purchasing but the sales persons who were not entertaining any customers made no attempt to engage. It could have been an opportunity for sale. Overall I love the winner service dept. Better than the dealer I leased the car from in NY. Due to the efficiency.

We just purchased a Santa Fe Caligraphy and our whole experience was excellent! Lex was a thorough, polite & the consummate professional. He was juggling another customer at the same time and at no time did he makes us feel neglected. The whole team was incredible. Corey assisted us with the financial paperwork and was awesome. We had a s mall issue that required us to return to the dealership, and we were met by Tre & Tracy who assisted us navigate the problem. The experience of buying my Hyundai Ioniq 9 at Winner was extrodinary. Christina Dworek was my sales representative and she made the sales negotiation painless and straight forward. She treated me with the greatest respect. In fact the sales manager and every Winner employee I talked to were courteous and seemed to take personal interest in me. The finance process was also straight forward and clear. (Except for the antiquated electronic signing arrangement which management should upgrade in a hurry!) The car was fully detailed and the battery was at full charge at delivery. Christina explained every single switch and electronic feature of the car to me.
