Ladies, this is the dealership you want. I'm an old lady but I'm not stupid. I was treated rudely at a local dealership and told "I had a misconception of reality". I was told to contact Winners Circle Chevrolet GMC as that price was too good to be true. Well it wasn't too good to be true, and dealing with Aerial my salesperson was a dream. She LISTENED to what I was looking for, she treated me respectfully and even drove 2 hours to deliver the vehicle to me. I have bought several cars, always doing my research before hand. I know what I want, what I'm willing to pay and what I would like to get for my trade. Aerial handled everything with class. Buying this truck was enjoyable, not the battlefield that some dealers make it. I can't recommend Aerial and Chelsea her manager enough. Yes, you can buy a car in a different state. Don't rule them out because they are not local to you. Contact them and see if they are able to deliver to you. You won't be disappointed . Plus they beat my bank's financing.

This dealership sold me a lemon vehicle after trading my 2022 GT mustang in on an Explorer and I have had nothing but issues since day one! They washed the vehicle halfway, and did not even clean the inside of it. I have asked for an extra key fob which I bought a warranty for and it's been over 2 weeks now and still have not received. But whenever I do receive, I was told I need to take it to another dealership to have it programmed! The reverse gear is not working and when I brought it to the sale manager's attention even after the girl that sold me the vehicle witness the issue herself trying to place it in gear, the manager wanted me to video tape the problem and it still as not been resolved at this time. I have been there numerous times about it, and the manager, Mike spoke very ugly to me! This place is very adamant about not helping me fix the issue and it hasn't even been a month of having this new vehicle. This is the by far worse experience I've had to deal with on purchasing! I would never recommend shopping in your home town, unless you are looking for a lemon car!!! Tina Fowler of Courtland, VA

My experience. To start… the dealership, as I found out, had allowed the cost of repairing this truck to go into the red. (They were upside down on it). Primary cause of this was mismanagement & poor service scheduling. Now to the story: When I first saw the listing for a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 online I immediately clicked on the “Interested” key because on paper it appeared to have everything I was looking for at a decent price. I was contacted almost immediately by Robert asking if I was still interested and when I would be able to come take a look at the truck. I expressed my interest & said I got off work at 5 & would come that same (Thursday) evening as the dealership was open until 7. The manager said “great.. come on & we’ll get you taken care of”. My father was on his way home to eat dinner & graciously agreed to forgo dinner & drive me to the dealership in the event I was driving home that same night in my new truck. The dealership was an hour drive from home so 2 hours round trip my dad was kind enough to agree to. We arrived in Franklin, Va. around 6:15pm & were led into the building where we met Kieth (I believe was his name) & a friendly young lady who offered to help us. Within minutes of waiting we overheard in their conversation “Why are they here for that truck? It’s not even drivable!” You can imagine our reaction having driven an hour to buy the truck with check in hand & having been given no indication anything was wrong with the vehicle. We were informed that the truck needed new upper & lower control arms due to the lifted suspension & the spacers they had removed before final alignment could be done. (REMEMBER THIS AS IT WILL BE IMPORTANT LATER). We asked & were told the parts should be in the following day & they would prioritize the repair. We looked at the truck & then agreed to give them the time needed but asked that they hold the truck for me because I wanted it. They agreed. After not hearing from them by a certain time I called the next day (Friday) to inquire at which point they informed the parts came in late that day & their service department wouldn’t have time to do the work until Monday. So again I agreed to give them the weekend & Monday. I waited until the following Tuesday to call Winners Circle Franklin thinking that would give them an extra day to install the upper & lower control arms. When I called on Tuesday to check the status, the individual on the phone was bewildered by my question… cause… as they informed me… the parts had not been ordered yet. The reason given was they had to get a check from their headquarter dealership located in Hampton before they could order the parts. I asked, “do you not have a company credit card or parts account for ordering parts?” It seemed a strange thing that a dealership couldn’t order needed parts without permission &/or had to get a check from another dealership to do so. “Yeah, that’s just how we have to do it. Due a parts shortage we are having to special order them from an outside supplier which is why we have to get the check & pay for it a certain way”. They could not tell me when they would secure the check & or give a timeline on getting the parts but assured me it would be expedited. I agreed again to give them time. I will skip through a lot of the details but just imagine 3 stooges meets idiocracy… Summarized, 7+ weeks of buffoonery took place. It was utter chaos at this dealership & they went back on their word many times. Did I mention they only replaced the upper control arm after all that? I was finally able to buy the truck & in less than 6 months the rack & pinion failed (the part that controls power steering & alignment keeping the wheels straight). There service department worked on this directly… when the old part was removed what was discovered was a death trap we escaped. YES, THEY ALLOWED THIS TO DRIVE OFF THE LOT. Securing the driver side wheel was 1.5 thread of the tie rod. Had that gone while I was on the interstate, everyone in the truck could have died. Attached is a photo the mechanic took for me.

Horrible experience, I was told when purchasing a vehicle i would be overnight a 2nd key and a front bracket for my license plate, after a week of calls and texts no answers to where the bracket and key are, i have already been given a ticket for improper plate display. If you call expect to be put on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. I still have no copies of the signed paperwork that was going to be mailed to us. We are having to reach out to the lien holder to get the payment information, the dealership didn't even give us our loan number. Took them nearly an hour to put a missing lugnut on the car. Sadly it seems once they have the paperwork signed, they stop caring. Stay away!

Ok, now i know to stay far away from this dealership. First, i brought my (less than 6 month) car for oil change, they added in tire rotation and balance.. never asked for them. I recently took my Traverse there becuase my Super Cruise stopped working. They could not diagnose or fix. I asked to see GM and was refused, then i asked ti see service manager, was told not available, come back some other time. I wanted to start the process with the dealership to figure out a solution, or use lemon law, but i was offered zero help. Upon doing some goggling I learned the issue is a telematics module, but thier "Master tech" could nit figure it out. My service ticket says "there is no way to fix the problem" oh, by the way, this is a 2025 Traverse High Country, almost brand new!! BEWARE! I warned you!!!!
