I am writing about my experience buying a car from Approval Auto (Ascella). Andrew was the salesperson who told me that the car’s safety inspection was completed, but in reality, nothing was done to my car. I also asked him to give me all the documents together, and he promised he would, but instead he kept saying he would give them to me later. It has now been almost a year. I bought the car about 21 months ago, and I am still waiting for him to do what he promised. I have followed up many times, but he has not kept his word. Andrew has been dishonest with me, and this has been a very frustrating experience. I want people to be aware of this situation and to be careful before dealing with these people, because they do not do what they promise. I do have video, but there is no way I can give to you guys.
