This is my second interaction with Winter Honda. First was leasing an insight several years ago. It did not go well. I went up to Vacaville and I was in and out with a new car in 45 minutes. This week, my wife's Honda Pilot battery died, and we thought there might be more to the problem as I had replaced the battery 6 months ago. So, we had it towed to Winter Honda. They called us the next day and said it was ready for pickup it was just a dead battery. So we pick it up and head over to Costco for some shopping. We get there, and my wife says, "Whats all this stuff in the backseat?" I take a look and all the plastic cladding from under the hood is in the back seat (this stuff is filthy). I pop the hood, sure enough, there's no battery cover, no air intake plenum, and no cover for the front part of the engine. So we call them and take it back. Ron Smith the service manager, got it reinstalled quickly.

Went here for repairs and the price was insane. I hoped for quality care for a chevrolet and was willing to pay a little extra for it, but.... wow. I stated repeatedly that I didn't need certain parts replaced, but they did it anyway. 1k for labor on a 1 hour job. Would not recommend.
