My experience with Winter Haven Honda and the entire staff was the best I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to meet my needs and help me find the best car for me. A special shout-out to Ashlei and T, who were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They not only got me in the car that I wanted, they also took the time to help me set up Apple CarPlay and the Honda app, and Ashlei even installed my granddaughter’s car seat before I left. The level of customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. I truly appreciate everything they did to make the experience so easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Winter Haven Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I looked online proactively for a vehicle on multiple sites searching multiple makes and models after our vehicle was unexpectedly totaled after being hit at a red light. Scott Thompson called me the next day from Winter Haven Honda after I put in info online the night prior. Honestly, he was the most genuine person right off the bat. Of course he wants to sell a vehicle because that is their job, but he took time to truly listen to our situation and understood that we wouldn’t be purchasing yet as I was looking online after what had happened. He never called to bug me about when I was coming in, he simply sent me options to look at based on what I said over the phone and asked me to let him know when I’d like to make an appointment to come meet with him and check a few out. That meant so much as I already have a ton going on! My hubs and I had some time this last Friday to test drive, so I called Scott and we went directly there. I test drove a few CR-V Hybrids and they were nice, but I had my eye set on one that I didn’t think we could afford. Again, in person, he was still the most genuine and understanding person. The entire team was! (Even down to finding the restroom a youn man told me where it was without me even asking). Everyone said hi as I passed by and asked how I was and if I needed a water too!) Purchasing a vehicle is long and tedious process and Scott made this the most stress free and honest transaction. The Finance Manager was so nice and also very genuine. (I think his name was George.) At the end of the day, after not expecting to leave with a new vehicle, I left in my dream car I had my eye on! Just bought my 2022 Honda Civic Touring with 14k miles. This car is my dream and I can’t thank Ashlei enough for putting me in the driver’s seat!
