We’ve been looking for A smaller vehicle for me to get back-and-forth to work with the gas Rates right now my Yukon gas was a car note I needed an extra vehicle . The service was amazing from pulling on the lot looking at the cars in our salesman David to him negotiating to the finance manager to driving home with a new vehicle .

Our experience was terrific! We got way more service than we expected. We found a screw in the tire, and we asked if that tire could be switched with the spare until we could get a new tire. But Joey simply said, "we can fix it." And it was only $40 instead of probably $200 for a new tire! We we more than pleasantly surprised. And it only took maybe 20 minutes waiting in a very comfortable waiting area. We will brag about the service to our friends. Thanks Joey! Love my Tucson and Hyundai service!

I consistently receive outstanding service from the team at Wolfchase Hyundai. Shameka, my customer service consultant, is exceptional. From the initial phone call to schedule my appointment to personally walking me to my vehicle after the service was completed, she provided professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous service throughout the entire process. The mechanic team also continues to do excellent work. They are knowledgeable, meticulous, highly skilled, and take great pride in the quality of their workmanship. I am extremely thankful that I followed Shameka to Wolfchase Hyundai. I previously had a very disappointing experience at another Hyundai dealership where, after a routine oil change, oil leaked onto my driveway everywhere I parked. When I returned to the service department, I learned that the oil filter had not been installed properly by the technician. In contrast, I have never experienced any workmanship issues at Wolfchase Hyundai. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality service consistently give me confidence and peace of mind.

David A, was very patient with us during our visits. We didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from here because we truly weren't to sure what our needs, wants, and budget were. Tony C also ensured we'd be able to get the best deal possible. As stated we didn't come to a final deal on anything but we left not feeling pressured or hassled. Everyone we had contact with was very helpful.
