Tyler Loggains, the service manager at Wood Motor Company, bent over backwards to get my extended warranty contract to be accepted for the repairs to my van. I appreciated him treating me with respect that sometimes we as customers don’t receive from service people. I am taking my vehicles to them from now on for needed repairs. Thanks, Tyler.
