Worked with sales consultant Noah Butler, a highly professional and consistent communicator. Despite my current circumstances, they successfully approved my trade-in. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I discovered a missing component. Noah promptly contacted his manager and negotiated an agreement to have the part delivered at no cost. The entire process was facilitated by Noah and financial representative Jon. Jon refrained from pressuring me into making any purchases. Both individuals are exceptional business partners. Since my vehicle received certification, I was awarded a complimentary full tank of gas. If you are considering purchasing a used vehicle, or new I highly recommend consulting Noah Butler. A couple of years back, I brought in a Motorcraft (Ford) battery that had failed, still under warranty - and even had the original receipt. Wood City Motors Cloquet refused to honor the warranty stated on the Ford paperwork/battery. Then brought it to another Ford dealer where the warranty was promptly honored and I paid the appropriate pro-rated price for replacement battery.

Corey in service was able to get my truck in and fixed before the 2 other Ford dealers in the area were able to even look at it. GREAT service, will have all my maintenance and repairs done by Wood City Motors. Many thanks to Corey.

Treated my mother horribly. Has had nothing but issues with them and their rudeness for the last 2 years. She had her car from them for MAYBE 2-3 months out of the 2 years because they had to keep bringing it in for issues that THEY caused. I would never purchase from them. Better off going literally anywhere else. They told my dad "we just aren't going to do business with you" because he let them know he took the car elsewhere and x,y,z, had to be fixed because of the issues they "fixed". Absolutely ridiculous. This is not how you run a business. If I could give negative stars, I would. -10/10.

I got in a wreck yesterday needed a new vehicle so I came to wood city motors and met Moe. Place is awesome Tyler and Moe are very straight forward honest guys. Loved this experience. 10/10 awesome place to get a vehicle. Thanks guys. Made this process simple!
