The purchase of my Jeep could not have gone better! Wood Motor Company helped me pick the perfect vehicle for me. My salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. They never rushed my decision, even while I was choosing between a Jeep Grand Cherokee and an Unlimited Wrangler. I really appreciated the patience and support throughout the process. The general manager also took time to assist with my purchase, which made the experience feel even more personal. When I got to the finance department, Michael Efird did a great job explaining the benefits of an extended warranty. Since I purchased a pre-owned vehicle, everything he shared made perfect sense and helped me feel confident in my decision. Sales experience was amazing! No pressure sale tactics, all questions were answered, everything was explained fully.
