Wood Motor Nissan

My experience at Wood Motor Company was amazing! They were so kind and patient with a first time car buyer! Shout out to Preston, took very good care of us and answered all questions that we might have had! Definitely recommend Preston as a salesman when you go for a new car!

They got us in and out very quick, which seemed great, until we realized some time later that not everything was handled. I purchased a used Nissan Leaf that should have qualified for a tax credit. I asked my sales rep about it specifically because I had a couple cars I was reviewing. I put in the ev credit on my taxes and I wasn’t able to file electronically. Mailed my paper, 10 months later, it still wasn’t processed. Called the IRS. They said the dealership never submitted a time of sales report, so it couldn’t be processed. Tried to email the dealership, contact them through their support portal, talked to their AI chat agent who said the internet manager would be in contact. Never reached out. Called their phone number at least 5 times with no answer. Couldn’t leave a voicemail to the financial department because it was always full. Found a department I could leave a voicemail at and was never contacted. It has to be the worse customer service I have ever dealt with, and the most costly. UPDATE: The company asked me to contact them, but that’s been my issue all along. I was finally able to get through to a finance manager, but somehow after two weeks, there is no direction in how to resolve the matter. This dealership wasn’t registered to file ev cars to the IRS, so my hopes of getting my $4,000 ev credit is dwindling. How, with as big of a dealership as you are, do you not know you weren’t registered with the IRS for ev credit? I had to explain to the finance manager where they needed to be registered.
