It was purely by chance, and great prices that initially brought us to Woodbridge Hyundai. We traveled all the way from Guelph, as no other dealers in our area could match their used car prices that we were looking for. Noel was outstanding at helping meet our needs within our budget for replacing a family car this past fall. He even found us a better newer used vehicle than the one that originally brought us to the Woodbridge dealership. His attention to detail, and doing everything possible to meet his clients needs is unmatched, and we've had to purchase several vehicles over the years. After being recently hit by a deer early in January, (no, not the new car thank God, but my favorite Elantra this time), the insurance company wrote off another one of our cars and we found ourselves having to purchase again...reluctantly. I purchased a brand new 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership. During the purchase process, they kept in contact, but after I took delivery, all attention was lost. There were scratches on the hood and roof. When I reported it the first day, they said they would fix it, but no professional repair was done. When I took it back a second time, I noticed scratches on the side moldings as well. I pointed this out to the manager. The manager checked and said, ‘This is the second time it came in. We tried to fix it, but we couldn’t. We can only offer you, at most, a $120 payment; we can’t do anything else.’ This irresponsible behavior is completely unacceptable. I will pursue this, and I am reporting this with photographs to the official authorities. I expect an immediate resolution.
