I recently visited Wow Chevrolet and had a disappointing experience. The business manager became visibly annoyed while I was asking questions and trying to understand the details of a potential deal. At one point, he placed the paperwork in front of me in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. In addition, the vehicle selection did not meet expectations and was more limited than I had hoped based on what was advertised. Overall, I did not feel respected as a customer, and the experience made it uncomfortable to continue the process. I would recommend others be VERY cautious when considering this dealership, especially if you plan to ask detailed questions or compare options.

The battery mileage usage in my Bolt has been very unpredictable and uneven since I brought it in for servicing. It will suddenly use 5 miles of charge to go only 1 physical mile, then steady out for a while and then start over-using the electric miles again. It just won't settle out. Not sure they believe me at the service center when I called. I keep hoping it will settle to predictable pattern in like it used to be.

What a great dealership! The purchase was quick, easy, and I felt like & was treated as if I were part of their Family! I can’t wait to go back there again!

I just had my pick-up repaired in their body shop. Absolutely the worst repair and quality control I've ever seen. Rear bumper still deflecting down. Bumper cover doesn't meet the driver side fender, the trim for the driving light has the same issue, meaning they didn't do a proper repair on the support. Chatter marks from the edge of the polishing wheel burned the clear coat on my rear door. There are visible scratches that, again were supposed to be buffed out, but are too deep in the clear so should have been submitted to the insurance company. Promised 1 week turn around, ended up being slapped together on the holiday weekend. Manager is nice enough, but in over his head. Being in the business, if I inspected and returned a vehicle in the condition I received my truck in, I would have been shown the door. Fail.

I recently brought in my 2025 Mini Countryman S and 2023 Corvette Stingray to add racing stripes to each. Marcus in the body shop was so helpful in nailing down exactly what I wanted (colors, patterns, etc.) for each vehicle, including sending me photos of various options to be sure I would be happy with the results before moving forward with the project. All costs were explained in detail ahead of time. Although it only took one day to do the work, Marcus kept me informed by phone and email regarding the status of the job and when the vehicles were ready for pickup. Although I do not know his name, I want to also give a shoutout to the vendor who came to the dealership to complete the installation. Take a look yourself and see what you think! Thank you so much!
