I had such a great experience purchasing my Nissan Pathfinder. Chuck worked with me to get to the range I was looking for and made the entire process efficient and straightforward. Chris was also a huge help in getting everything finalized and made sure I was set to leave with my new car. The whole team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and made the process much less stressful than I expected. I really appreciate all their help and will be definitely recommending them to friends and family.

We kept getting letters in the mail for these guys wanting to buy our 2020 Nissan rogue sport, sent a $2500.00 voucher that was supposed to be our down payment. Well, first time we went we were turned around because they said they needed $10,000.00 down. Chuck said we wouldn't need anything but that voucher. Well so we forgot about it. So 2 weeks later here we go again with another letter. We called Chuck again and again he passed us off onto another salesman. This time he said we needed $4,000 on top of the voucher and all the "incentives". So twice now we have been passed to a different salesman after chuck started the deal. All of a sudden just the voucher isn't good enough so it seems a bit shady to me here at this dealership. They seem to like passing you off to another salesman instead of finishing the deal himself. So we're jus keeping our car. I don't like having my time wasted in such a way.
