Woodhams Ford Lincoln

Awhile ago, mOnths ago I had a Buick Rendezvous brought in for an exhaust replacement. And now I’m needing some more work done. Some I can’t do myself, because I lack some tools, parts or equipment. I however I did some of the easier todo stuff, but one screw in the rear driver passenger side door window motor needs Finnish tightening or turning. I’ve done replaced minus the tail light on the hatch and rear right tail light on the right side that’s cracked, I plan on ordering parts, and replacing some more. I plan on getting high end expensive OEM parts, some brands will match, some won’t most likely. But I also want to stand there and learn how to. I’m a visual and hands-on learner. I’m a pro with technology but still at a noob level with cars. Ik cars are a line of issues to THAT issue. And I’m gonna come in with the issues figured out, not all though, so work can get done right and faster! But I still want to bring it in and have people “take a look”. More than likely ima need new rotors, calipers I’m praying on that it’s a NO. But I do plan on doing this car right. I might also need my floor board cut out and new metal welded in. It’s a very good car unless abused or cheap parts put on. I love easier todo cars, not that tech cyber truck junk. But I love this place, the way my car sounds, and look forward into doing more service with you! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was working out of town in South Haven and my F150 went into limp mode. I didn’t want to try and get it back to Chicago and had no idea where to get it for repair and stopped at Woodmans Ford. At the service desk Sean immediately said no problem we got you! It was in the service bay and diagnosed (with no appt!) within an hour. The part was not in stock so luckily had friends in the area to spend overnight and the truck was ready the next morning at 11 am for what I considered an excellent price. I’ve driven Ford trucks for 20 years and this one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you for the exemplary service! 5 stars!

I started working with this dealership on the 12th of January with the intent to rapidly purchase a vehicle from them. By the 15th credit was approved, invoice was received. It is now the 13th of February and I still don't fully know what is going on. I write Liji and John multiple times a week to try to get the deal finished and usually don't get a response or I get "we're trying to get it done this week" but very little has happened. It feels like a scam now, My credit was pulled for apparently no real use and I feel lead on. Some of the worst service and communication I've ever had to deal with. It has been a few days since this review and now I've received contact. I was told to shop elsewhere because of the review. I wholly believe this dealer is incompetent or doing something illigal, this whole experience has felt like receiving an inheritance from my long lost uncle, the Nigerian Prince. Not only will I not shop at this dealer but it shines a very poor light on Ford as a whole.

My wife and i stopped in today ready to get the ball rolling on an F350 super duty, super crew 4x4 ... all set up for either the X plan or the current A plan. I can see why people head elsewhere. We were "ghosted" i said hi to a balding sales man that was on his cell and too busy.(looked like he was playing candy crush) i walked to the cashier and asked her for a sales person... we waited & walked around the show room for awhile. We left after 15 minutes. I'll do an update with pics of our new truck that wont be bought at woodhams... Update: we LOVE our new(to us) F350 superduty that we did NOT buy at woodhams. We bought this beautiful truck from Marty, the best salesman... right now!! just down the road at @Baker auto, south haven michigan

Got charged $135 just to be told transmission is broke and needs to be replaced. ($6,800 job). I should have just called ahead to get a qoute over the phone. When I first arrived to drop off nobody was anywhere to be seen, but I still got better customer service than when I returned and there were staff everywhere. Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to find a better place.
