Woodhouse Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Bellevue

I’m a massive hater of car dealerships as I’ve had a lot of poor experience involving them. That being said this dealership completely changed my opinion on all dealerships being terrible. I had an amazing experience buying my Ram here and Tyree gave me a great deal and was awesome to work with. I highly recommend going through him for purchasing a new vehicle. The finance manager is also an awesome guy and is great to work with. If I could give more stars I would. Great dealership and great employees. Thanks again.

I am posting this so nobody else ends up in a life-threatening situation. After Woodhouse Jeep held my vehicle for over a month with abysmal communication, we won’t even get into that I finally picked it up this weekend. I paid specifically to have a tire with a deep sidewall gouge replaced. Their invoice states the work was done. It was not. The damaged tire is still on my vehicle. Had I not checked, that tire could have exploded at high speeds. To make matters worse, when I called to resolve this, the staff was condescending and dismissive, acting as if I couldn't distinguish between a tire and a rim as we were approved for a new tire not a new rim through insurance. If you have service scheduled there, double-check every single thing they claim to have "fixed."

Purchased a used 2020 Ram 1500 Classic. The experience was great. I was pre approved through a finance company, so the sale was fast and hassel free. The only frustration was in my AS-IS there was a break replacement, that went great and a detail because the truck smelled like smoke and was extremely dusty. The detail was just a good vaccum and air freshner sprayed. After about a week you could smell the smoke again. I end up having to spend 6 hours detail and steam cleaning the ride to get the smell out. However, I can still smell it when I turn on the heat.

All the employees I worked with were patient and had my best interest in mind. So my wife and I decided to purchase his and her trucks.

We bought a jeep from woodhouse nissan and after we bought it we noticed the window seals were bad and we let them know and we had to take it to woodhouse jeep dodge to get them fixed they were supposed to fix it for free we took back 3 times just for them to never fix the window seal properly I guess we got that service that come with free stuff because it never got fixed properly and on top of that they messed with stut bolt they loosened a bolt because I finally found out what was rattling and it was pretty loose I tightened it and no longer makes the noise I will never take it or any car here for anything ever again they will never get any money from me they need to fire the person that worked on my jeep still have a free oil change and I will not even be taking it there for that due to fear of something else getting messed with just so they can make some money the service here sucks they even got an attitude when I called and told them about this and said they never messed with anything else beside the window sure is funny how it wasn't making the rattling sound before I took it in then after we left it was service mangos Scott got an attitude with me when I told him and the person that worked on the car was Cade do not deal with either one of these people I wouldn't take it there anyways to be honest take it somewhere else
