I have been getting my vehicle serviced at this location for over a year now. Dwayne is amazing and always so helpful. He and his team make the process easy with vehicle pick up or shuttle. They never try to oversell you and they really care about the customer and taking care of my vehicle. As long as they are there, I won't go anywhere else! Thank you!

They have been so wonderful to work with! I purchased my Navigator from a different Lincoln dealership and had to bring it into the Omaha shop for a couple of issues. John has been the person I have been working with and has given nothing less than amazing customer service! He had my vehicle picked up from my work in downtown, provided a courtesy vehicle once it was taking longer than expected, kept me updated, and contacted me within 24 hours of any messages I sent. Before I purchased my Lincoln, I had a Nissan and NEVER had this kind of customer services that they have provided. Lincoln has earned my business for many years!

My wife and I purchased our first Lincoln Aviator yesterday, and our experience was exceptional. The vehicle itself is stunning, and it is exactly what we were looking for. It is beautiful, sleek, luxurious, and comfortable. Even Woodhouse’s presentation of the vehicle was top-notch, with a vehicle we had ordered behind red velvet ropes and a sign congratulating my wife and I. Yet this review would not be complete without mentioning a couple of people that made the experience even more amazing for us. Alec R and Patrick spent a lot of time with us, as we searched across the country for a Lincoln Aviator that would still qualify for the tax credit. Both of them were personable, patient, and professional. Even when we found the Aviator that we purchased and all the paperwork was signed with Elaine (who was also very helpful), Alec took an hour of time to sit in the car with us, and explain through each and every one of its features. I’ve never seen another dealer do that. Thank you Woodhouse Lincoln for making this experience such an incredible memory for us.

I'm very satisfied with the staff and treatment received when we purchased our new 2024 Lincoln Corsair. It was a very pleasant experience with no hassles and/or high pressure. I am disappointed that our new 2024 Lincoln Corsair did not come with a printed Owner's Manual. It's a pain in the arse downloading ìt and using the phone or vehicle screen to find and read the pages. This is NOT Woodhouse Lincoln's fault. You'd think that Lincoln would at least offer the option of offering a printed version to those few that would want one, especially to us old folks that aren't that tech savvy! May sound like small gripe to you, but Lincoln needs to make the effort here!!!! Other than that, we are very pleased with the vehicle and the staff at the Woodhouse Lincoln Dealership. We purchased the vehicle because of the past great service and trearment we receive when taking our vehicles in for service. A+ rating to their Service Department!!
