Mason was fantastic to work with! He made the process super easy and quick. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped me make the best choice for me! What I loved is he was not too pushy he was genuinely was wanting me to find the best fit for me and you just do not find that anymore. I test drove the Santa Fe then wanted to check my options so I went to H&H Kia to test drive other vehicles and they do not even come close to the Woodhouse atmosphere. They are so pushy and try to force you into buying a vehicle, I immediately texted Mason after and told him I wanted to go with the Santa Fe, He came in on his day off to let me test drive the one I wanted, that was so appreciated! BUYER BEWARE – Verify all Certified Pre‑Owned documentation before leaving I purchased a Certified Pre‑Owned vehicle and requested the inspection report and vehicle history report during the paperwork process. I was told those documents were still in the service department and would be provided in the coming days. After multiple follow‑ups, I finally received the documents two weeks later. Unfortunately, the inspection report showed items that did not pass, and the vehicle history report (AutoCheck, not Carfax) revealed open safety recalls, including one for seatbelts and another for airbags. None of this was disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Once I raised these concerns, Sean, the manager, handled the situation appropriately. They provided a loaner vehicle and took my car back so the recalls could be addressed. However, one of the recalls currently has no repair available, meaning my vehicle is parked in their service lot for an indeterminate amount of time. If I hadn’t been persistent about obtaining and reviewing the paperwork, I would never have known about these safety issues and would be driving an "unsafe" vehicle right now. Selling a Certified Pre‑Owned vehicle with unresolved safety recalls—without informing the buyer—is deeply concerning. If this happened with my purchase, it’s reasonable to worry that other buyers may be driving vehicles with known safety issues as well. This reflects poor internal controls and a lack of transparency that customers should be aware of. Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing from this auto group again and strongly recommend that anyone considering a Certified Pre‑Owned vehicle verify all inspection and recall documentation before signing.

I have bought vehicles from Woodhouse for many years and this purchase was the best yet. I worked with Jose Toledo and he was amazing. He listened to what I needed and was able to get me even more. Everyone I spoke to during this time were very friendly and very informative. I was at the dealership a couple of times during my research on what I was looking for and never once did I feel pressured to buy right then and there. They were ready when I was ready. I can’t thank Jose enough for his time and patience. He answered every question in a timely manner and anticipated what my next questions were based on his answers to my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
