Just wanted to take the time and thank Donna , Nestor , and Masoud. Was communicating with Donna for 3 days via txt as I requested, even checked on her day off to see if the van I was looking for was still in stock since it was removed from the website. Couldn't take calls , since I was at work, did an amazing job following up with me. She was very wonderful since the beginning. As I stopped by to see the vehicle , she greeted me with a smile. Introduced herself showed me the vehicle , and introduced me to Nestor to go on a test drive. He was very nice since the beginning , he acknowledged my family , and was an easy stress free process going over the numbers. He got be the best interest rate and worked with me on the payments that I was comfortable in. Overall great experience with Nestor and Donna and the dealership is very lucky to have a wonderful team. Masoud made the paperwork seem effortless, got me in and out quickly. I’ve had my fair share of dealership interactions. 90% of them have been really bad. Thankfully, my most recent purchase at Woodland Hills Honda was quite the opposite. I found a great deal on their website for a low mileage, accident-free first gen Honda Ridgeline with full service documentation. I live 400+ miles away in Northern California, so having someone competent shepherd the purchase was key. Nestor Gonzalez was the sales consultant that reached out regarding my online inquiry and was excellent to deal with. He provided pics and videos of the truck and the dealer inspection report. He also patiently answered all of my questions and checked regularly to make sure that I was comfortable with the whole buying process. The actual purchase went smoothly and once the bank wire cleared, he had the truck washed and loaded onto the trailer for delivery. Nestor even sent pics of it ready to make the trip. He verified delivery and asked how I liked the truck when it arrived. It was exactly what I expected and hoped for. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the emergency brake. I brought it to Nestor’s attention and he got approval from management to resolve the issue. Luckily, we had a trip to LA planned for the following week. Nestor arranged the service, greeted us when we dropped it off, and saw us off when we picked it up. Woodland Hills Honda didn’t have to do what they did, but the fact that they did just speaks to the integrity of this dealership. We are super grateful for Nestor and this dealership. We are so pleased with how smoothly everything went. I’d even say shocked. Woodland Hills Honda made buying a car online easy. Thank you for your professionalism and commitment to excellence. You have earned me as a customer for life. If you’re thinking of buying a car, give them a shot. Make sure to ask for Nestor. You will definitely be in good hands.

We just bought a new Honda CR-V from Honda of Woodland Hills and had an excellent experience, thanks in large part to Ray Lee. Ray was a pleasure to work with — straightforward, responsive, and genuinely easygoing. No pressure, no runaround, just clear communication and respect for our time. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We also love the CR-V. It feels very solid, with a great interior and thoughtful features throughout. We compared it closely with Toyota, and at this price point, the Honda simply offers more — better design, better tech, and a more refined overall feel.
