Woodland Toyota

Went for tire change to put summer tires and receiving contradictory information. The tires have been evaluated last fall, when we removed them ,by woodland, and they told us they were still very good . Now in spring, putting them back , but now they are giving us oposite information . Another issue we had during that visit is that i was keeping an emergency walet in the car with insurance documents and a couple of dollars and the entire wallet disapeared after my visit . We went there on may 21st at 8h30 , if it can help management to know who was working that day , if management actually care to investigate

I called this Toyota dealership today and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The receptionist who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional, and spoke with a tone that no customer should ever have to deal with. Basic courtesy and proper phone etiquette were clearly lacking. For a dealership with such a strong reputation, I expected far better. This kind of behaviour reflects very poorly on the business. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper customer-service training.
