Jose, Mike, and Steve were amazing! The kindness and patience they showed me were unmatched in any other car buying experience. Also I had to trade in a car I purchased under a week ago and they walked me through all the ins and outs of what it would cost me and how I could salvage the most from my mistake. I HIGHLY recommend Woodstock Chevrolet!

Guys there were nice to deal with, got a nice car for a good price. There were multiple issues discovered with the car/deal that we worked through eventually. Be aware that they try to charge an extra $1,400 car polish fee that they don’t tell you about until paperwork time. Overall I would give them a B rating.

Friendly sales team was great. My two issues are with misleading pricing and failure to actually make sure the car was in good condition before putting it up for sale. First, The advertised price was not the actual price as they charge you for the paint shield they already applied but don’t add to the online cost. They tried to explain that if they advertised the actual cost, they wouldn’t get as much interest. Second, The used car i got had obvious issues that arose after i took it home. They should have either fixed or disclosed - like air in the radiator making the heater not work when the car idled. Worse, the check engine light came on days later. My mechanic said the onboard computer had been showing a repeated misfire that was previously acknowledged. I would think running a computer scan should be standard practice. The misfire was caused by falling fuel injectors. All told, the advertised 12,500 dollar car cost me 14,750 with the paint shield and then a total of 19,500 after repairs. I feel ripped off. If you do buy used from here, make sure your own mechanic looks at the car before you buy. I was naive enough to trust them.
