I was referred by a coworker to this dealership. I didn’t even need another vehicle, but my coworker told me they were good people. I ended up buying a used Nissan from them. I had nothing but problems from the day of signing when the vehicle was delivered to me there was no tag that I paid for on the vehicle so I could not drive it because I had no temp tag on that I paid for on the vehicle, the key fob for the vehicle was aftermarket. They took it in that way. It would barely start the vehicle so there were times I couldn’t even drive the vehicle. I had to end up calling them talking to one of the managers had to do this ship, which was rude. Disrespectful and unprofessional did nothing to resolve the issue since me getting this car in mid February of this year. I’ve had this vehicle in the shop four times at another Nissan registered dealership. I can’t even drive the vehicle on the interstate at all. They are terrible. Woody Folsom does not deal professionally and they sell people Weather used or new. They sell them junk because the person that referred me to them a coworker bought a brand new vehicle with well under 1000 miles on the vehicle and has not been able to drive the vehicle since one month of ownership they are terrible they lack and reliability. They lack in taking care of the customer. They lie they cheat. They try to pocket money at sale to themselves at whatever cost. Their salesman are undeserving. They are no good whatsoever. I will never recommend this to nobody steer clear of these people and now myself and my coworker are stuck with vehicles that we cannot drive. They are terrible.
