Walked in to get a quote on service. Service writer sent me to parts, I asked for the part number his face got all twisted up and started shaking his head and said he didnt want to give me the part number. Service writer said it the labor may be one price or another. I asked if I could get a loaner, they asked if I bought the 2025 ram here. I said no and they said they dont do loaners unless its a big job. I did the leg work for attitude from parts and an estimate that may be accurate.

Purchased a brand new 2016 Ram 1500 in 2017. Was told it had a lifetime powertrain warranty. Serviced it there mostly and had records on hand for when it was serviced elsewhere. Engine (lifters and camshaft) failed at 238k miles. Weaseled out of lifetime warranty. Agreed to pay 6k+ for lifters/camshaft replacement. They tore into my engine and cam bearings came out, telling me I need a new engine now ($13500+). Now I tell them I’m taking it elsewhere to replace the engine(better warranty-nationwide and 4K cheaper) and they want to charge me 1k plus for the work they did taking it apart. So I decide to ask about a trade for a new ram. Their price was about 6k higher than everyone else and they only offered me $250 for my trade(see below). Oh did I mention I had just purchased a 64k work truck from them 2 weeks prior to this? WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

They were very professional and kind, explaining what would be done to find why my car was showing the different codes on my dash screen. Gave me a very nice SUV to drive till mine was fixed, I had my sister in laws funeral to go too. Their technician found the problem with my car and had me back in mine the next day.
