This was the best car buying experience we have had! Our salesman Tyson was respectful and helped us find the right vehicle while making sure it fit our budget. Not once did we feel uncomfortable or unheard, which in our experience, is uncommon while visiting a dealership. Will was also kind and accommodating. He helped us finalize the financing and we left with a great new car. Not only will we be back in the future, we'll be referring friends and family as well!

Katherine was the absolute best. We were on a cross-country road trip and had engine failure. We ended up having to get towed back to Idaho Falls and immediately felt taken care of by her. She laid out everything clearly and was extremely helpful, kind, and an expert in her craft. I sincerely cannot express enough good things about her. We had to get a rental car and wait for the repair to be completed. While we did, Katherine kept us updated and informed as to the status of our vehicle. The dealership ended up completing everything much sooner than anticipated, and we were on our way. From Katherine, to the kind woman answering the phone every time we called, to the mechanics and the rest of the staff who worked on the vehicle, everyone was fantastic. Once again, Katherine is amazing and a savant at her job.

We purchased a 2025 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and even while shopping and test driving in snow and hail William Locke III made it a very excellent experience. We highly recommend Woody Smith and their team.
