Pissed is an understatement. I had extended warranty work done on my vehicle was charged more than $200 than what I was quoted for my out of pocket cost. When I questioned the price all the woman did was shrug her shoulders and say I don’t know. Talk about shady! 0/10 Save your money and go elsewhere!!

Daniel and his team are awesome! I have purchased several trucks from them and I would not go anywhere else!! They are family and they treat you like family. It's the way business should be done. And yes, I love my new 2025 F150 Lariat. The technology in this truck is shockingly advanced. I had no idea it would be this awesome!!

Melanie and James in the body shop went above and beyond by providing detailed bodywork pricing, checking warranties, and taking the time to research and explain anything we asked about. Thanks to the combined efforts of their team, we were able to successfully transition away from an expensive third-party fleet management company and now operate our own in-house fleet program. We will absolutely be working with Woolwine Ford again in the future and will confidently recommend them to our business partners and colleagues looking to make a similar switch.

Brian was excellent. Answered all my questions and we got everything done over the phone. They delivered the truck to my office with no problems. Only reason for 4 stars is the truck could have been cleaned better. It was clean at a glance but lot of missing spots that were pretty filthy from previous owner.
