Wuerflein Chevrolet GMC

My husband and I were traveling from Iowa to Wisconsin pulling our fifth wheel. We had a mechanical issue with our Chevy truck and called Wuerflein. They not only recommended a great tow service but went above and beyond taking care of us. Including bringing my husband’s glasses out to the campground, where the tow service dropped us off. After much discussion with them on the phone, we ended up buying a brand new Chevy 3500 Trail Boss from them. They came back to the campground and picked us up and took us to the dealership to finish the paper work. Joey, the salesman, Shawn, the service rep, and Matt, the general manager all were rock stars making everything as seamless as possible. We were on the road and headed to our original destination in Wisconsin in just a day. Thanks Wuerflein Chevrolet.

We had the very best team at Wuerflein's this week!! It started off with Sean Chapek, who is excellent in the service department. He found a car suitable for us and passed us on to Joe Maas and Zach Kratz. It was a smooth and efficient process. They answered all our questions thoroughly!!!! Joe took the time and walked us through everything in the new car!! Zach was very generous with the pricing. He treated us excellent! We were very impressed with these three guys!!!

Just bought a 2016 GMC sierra 1500, the salesman I work with was Jesus he was very patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns I had during the process, he listened to what I was looking for, wasn’t pushy at all very knowledgeable, gave me time and space to think about the purchase was amazing with all communication which I really appreciate, all the staff very friendly and welcoming, Jesus definitely went above and beyond. Stephan Kollar was the salesman I worked with. I live 130 miles away from Albert Lea and wanted alot of information on the vehicle I was interested in before driving there.
