I had a great experience at Wyatt Johnson Ford. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. It genuinely felt like they cared about helping me and making everything as smooth as possible. Matt Biddle was my salesman, and I highly recommend him. He’s very kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I would absolutely come back and work with him again in the future.

Went in to look at trucks and was stopped by Johnny to help me, he was very patient and helpful to me and my girlfriend( in which he convinced her I’m saving up for a wedding ring) but helped me in all ways possible to keep my monthly payments where I needed them to be at and helping me get approved same day! After sent me over to Wyatt in financing who made it very clear what the next steps look like and all options for better protection on my warranty coverage as well

They are an excellent team! From the very beginning, I was concerned because he looked so young. Don’t let that fool you, because his 10 yrs of experience shows. Micah truly listened to our concerns and understood our apprehension due to a previous car-buying experience at a different dealership. His approach was genuine, caring, and never pushy—we never once felt “sold.” I am in sales myself so my standards are pretty high when it comes to an incredible buying experience. Micah worked hard to earn our business and made the entire process as easy and stress-free as possible. What really set him apart was how he handled a situation with long term client while if his while he was assisting us. I was impressed by how attentive he was to all of us, including our 12-year-old son. Buying a vehicle can be a long process, but Micah went out of his way to engage with our son, talk with him, and make him feel included, which made a huge difference for our family. It’s clear that Micah isn’t just about making a sale—he truly cares about his customers and building lasting relationships. We genuinely enjoyed working with him and would absolutely refer him to any of our friends and family. Matt helped me from start to finish. I found my truck online and he held it for me until the weekend since I was from out of town. Never felt the high pressure pitches that I've seen at other dealerships. A very pleasant transaction!
