Wyatt Johnson Mazda

After searching Carvana, CarMax, and several dealerships between Nashville and Paducah, I decided to check out a Mazda. I honestly didn’t realize how well equipped they were compared to something like a Genesis at a much lower price point. I did my research beforehand and had three vehicles in mind before speaking with anyone. I avoided the ones with minor accident history and was specifically looking for a V6/V8 with captain’s seats. During the test drive I recommend turning the radio and AC off — that’s how I noticed a whistling noise that might have otherwise been missed. Sean and the team at the front desk in the middle building were helpful and able to get me into the vehicle I wanted. There was some known cosmetic scraping on the side mirror and roof that I addressed. That said, the service department has been phenomenal and very supportive. Sandy in finance was thoughtful and easy to work with. The waiting area is also comfortable and well stocked with drinks, snacks, and even free popcorn. Overall I’m happy with my Mazda. My advice: do your due diligence and inspect the vehicle thoroughly inside and out before purchasing. I LOVE my CX90 🎉

Misty, the finance manager, is THE BEST!!!!!! She made sure we were comfortable with the deal and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that we were comfortable. Of all our years buying cars no one has been this amazing to work with and fun too. She took a stressful situation (and buying a vehicle is very stressful) and made the situation light and fun. Hudson, the salesman, was also amazing. He was not pushy and spent almost the entire 6 hours not only answering all of our questions but getting to know us as people. Ask for him when you go there, you will not be just a paycheck to him!!!
