My 65 yo mom bought a van from here Dec 20th we didn’t even make it home before check engine light was on.There was absolutely no oil in so we put some in.the next morning we knew we had to go back as because the car was rattling and it was so loud that we knew that something was wrong on her way there from the southside the car completely died on 295 in the middle of traffic so I had to have AAA come to us. They said it was due to no gas, which is a lie, but they had to replace the whole fuel pump because that was broken. They had my car for a few days. Told me it was all fixed mind you I needed a back up camra and radio all put in and they said that they were going to do that and fix all the sensors and get it running right again. I didn’t even make it a block after picking it up from when they supposedly fixed it for the engine light to come on again but this time. There was no help they didn’t care. I said all further communication be done through lawyers, knowing that they sold a car that was going to break and here we are and the car is completely unusable because the transmission has gone out and they refuse to help. it’s a shame that they go around or just ripping people off and selling them cars that work for a test drive and you can say extend a test drive But within 24 hours these cars are complete lemons and now we have no cars and our money is gone how does that work? How is that fair? I get that we buy we knew we were buying a used car, but this happened multiple times to different people so you’re just selling bad cars on no good faith. It’s a really lousy thing to do. If you would just answer our calls and maybe fix the car it wouldn’t be an issue. It’s just sad to see rip people off.

These guys are crooks. I bought a charger from them a couple weeks ago because I was moving 6 hours north and needed a dependable ride to get me there. I went and found a great looking charger. All of their vehicles "LOOK" great. Well I leave and drive an hour and a half back home and get pulled over for no headlights. I call them the next day to see if they would honor selling me a safe car and I got the reply "you bought it as is. We cant help the headlights went out soon as you left our lot" it was less than 24 hrs when I called them. Now a week later ive had yo replace 6 sensors and had the car at the dealership twice because it keeps going into limp mode. These guys sold me a lemon and hide behind that as is law. Now im unable to make the move I was supposed to make and have lost the great job I had lined up. Thanks a whole bunch for being cowards and crooks. Oh and to fix my car I just paid cash money for is gonna cost me around 3k.....these guys are dirtbags. And the guy who selling the car will say he's not the owner and go get on the phone like someone else is calling the shots but he's lying about that too...that guy is not just a salesman....liars

The whole experience was good! This was my first time buying a car and Eric was very helpful. There were no hidden fees and he showed the final price to me as he was adding the registration, title, plates and the florida tax. When I test drove the car him and I noticed that the ac was warm, so he said he would have it fixed for free, and within about 2 hours, it was nice and cold. Highly recommend!
