Highly recommend coming here if you are thinking of getting a new car. Jonathon was super awsome since I got there! He truly listened to what I was looking for a new vehicle to use for my school clinical rotations and that it currently will be an in between car because I am going to need something bigger eventually. He ended up finding a perfect car for me and it was not too basic and not too small or too large. I will definitely be back when I come back for my Yukon Denali after I graduate 🎓 but for now this Terrain AT4 will be my partner in crime for school and work!
This was probably the best dealer experience I have had. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Bill is a great salesman and not once did I feel any pressure to buy which is how it should be I will definitely buy from Yates GMC again, and I live on the east side so it’s not just down the street for me.
Service was excellent . Jaclyn McDowell was friendly and professional. I dropped off my truck, had lunch at Rudy’s then came back to Yates and watched tv for a while in a very comfortable lounge. The price was very affordable and my truck drives better than ever. Thanks to Whitney and crew for keeping my truck in top shape.
