Yates Mitsubishi

Was a very bad experience. Oz was the sales man. Told me car I wanted would be up front waiting for me to get there. I drove an hrs to get there. Car was not up front. It was in the back getting there 125 point inspection. He lied to me saying he texted me. There was no phone call, text, or smoke signal that car was getting inspected and could see at later time. If salesmen lie about something so simple they would lie about everything. It's a shame but I will never go to yates motors for any car. Because they lie. My money is good anywhere. ...manager called and said oz was fired. I didn't want that. I thought they would train him better in customer service. Manager Manny tried to make it all better. I appreciate the manager contacting me.

Excellent dealership! If you need service this dealership is great and will take good care of you. Also, beautiful Mitsubishi vehicles as well as used cars.

The team at Yates was amazing to deal with. Friendly on the phone with my initial phone call, welcoming when I came to the dealership to look a car they had listed for sale, and willing to work with me to make a deal on the car I was looking at. Even though I couldn't make the deal work on my end, I would still highly recommend this dealership with how I was treated. If you are looking for a car, these people will treat you right.

Drove from Tucson to look at a Toyota 4Runner the dealership had for sale. FULL DISCLOSURE our interaction was not good. The manager we spoke to was not interested in dealing with us, no matter how much we wanted to put down or the fact that we drove over an hour to buy the vehicle. After we drove home, disappointed and vowing to never return to Yates again, we could not understand why this manager did not want our business. We called the next day and reached Manny and Sam. It was a night and day experience difference. Extremely professional, personable, and willing to explain the numbers during negotiating. WARNING ⚠️ IF YOU CHOOSE TO LOOK AT VEHICLES AT YATES- GET AHOLD OF MANNY OR SAM. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE WITH THOSE TWO!
