I have had plenty of experiences at car dealerships with my family, but I have to say my recent experience at Yokem has been the best! Jelissa was my salesperson and she was patient with me throughout my process, super professional and she was able to find the exact model and color I wanted! recently visited Yokem Toyota for a simple issue — my inside door handle was not working. However, instead of addressing the actual problem, I was recommended and charged for several unrelated services, including diagnostic work, throttle body cleaning, and battery cable service. I ended up paying over $878, but my original issue with the door was not fixed at all. While the staff was professional, I feel the service was not focused on the customer’s main concern. I would have appreciated clearer communication and prioritizing the actual problem I came in for. I recommend other customers make sure to clearly confirm what work will be done before approving any repairs. Disappointed with the experience.

What a great experience! We were on the road heading to South Louisiana to celebrate a late Christmas with family, when our service engine light came on. We were concerned because at the start of our trip, we ran over a 5-gallon bucket that was in the middle of the highway and were concerned that there may have been damage. We navigated to Yokem Toyota. Lisa, in the service department, hopped in and drove it a short way, with me, and quickly determined that it wasn’t damaged. The odometer had just turned over to 80,000 miles, and it was letting me know that it was time for the engine to be service or possibly a tire rotation. I’ve only had this vehicle for a few months and have already been to my Hot Springs, Arkansas dealership for maintenance, so I was sure there was damage from the road by incident. What a huge relief! Thanks Lisa for your help and for calmly checking out my RAV 4. Your help sure calmed me down!
