# Summary The dealership receives praise for its sales staff's personable approach, product knowledge, and straightforward transactions, with multiple customers reporting exceptional buying experiences and fair trade-in deals. However, service and finance departments have drawn complaints regarding lack of communication, unclear pricing, unexpected cost increases, and failures to honor original quotes or customer agreements.

McCormick was such a fun and personable guy! We had such a great experience buying our new car! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The car is exactly what I wanted, and he made sure I knew how all the bells and whistles worked. We had THE easiest car buying experience ever! Everyone we talked to that day was great, and we left extremely happy! Thank you!

We came in to look at a used truck. There was absolutely no pressure from Gary (our sales representative) to purchase. He left us to test drive on our own so we could really get a feel for the truck. He was able to find out the answers to all of my questions. The dealership gave us an amazing deal with our trade in. Honestly, this was probably the best and easiest vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Huge thank you to Gary for working with us.

brought my Corvette to Young Fast Track because the brakes were squeaking. I was initially told the fix would involve applying copper grease, with about $10 in materials per axle and approximately $250 in labor. They said the grease had to be ordered and would arrive within a couple of weeks. About a week later, I received a call that the grease had arrived. I scheduled an appointment for 7:30 a.m., dropped the car off, and was told the work would take about two hours. When I returned three hours later, they hadn’t even started on the vehicle. That should have been my sign to take my business elsewhere, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for a few weeks later. Fast forward to today. I arrive for my appointment and am informed that the total is now almost $550—more than double what I was originally told. After speaking with Ben, he was able to reduce the price by a little over $100, but the bill was still more than $420. Then, to top it all off, I was informed that paying by credit card would cost me an additional 2%. My issue isn’t the money—it’s the lack of communication and the failure to honor what I was originally told. If the scope or cost had changed, a simple phone call would have gone a long way. Instead, I was blindsided at the counter after arranging my schedule around their appointment times and already experiencing delays. I expect honesty, transparency, and follow-through from businesses I trust with my vehicles. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. Because of this, I will not return to Young Fast Track, nor will I consider another Young dealership or service center in the future. I’d rather pay more elsewhere and deal with people who communicate clearly and operate with integrity

I had an enjoyable buying experience with my new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country. McCormick, my sales professional, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Jake and Eric were extremely helpful and gave me the best deal possible.

My 1 star review is for the way the finance manager and sales manager treated us. If I could rate their sales person Tanner alone it would be a solid 5 stars. They actually don’t deserve to have such a solid guy on their sales team in my opinion. If you choose to buy there - don’t trust what they say, especially if you ask to have them go through your credit union because they may tell you they do and then they don’t and they blame it on a “communication error” from the sales person to the finance guy - even though you watched the sales guy write what you said on the paper that was given to said sales manager/finance! They will bring you back to finance, tell you they got you a better payment than expected but not share that they charged you tons more money than they needed to on extra warranties. I wouldn’t trust them at all again. We bought a Z06 corvette in October 2025 and then came back for a second 2026 stingray corvette and weren’t as hard on them because we thought they would do right by us as second time customers on higher dollar cars. So ask tons of questions, double check with your bank or credit union first before falling for their nonsense! The finance guy will gaslight you if you call with questions, tell you paying 2% more in interest for 6 months isn’t that much and then the sales manager will try and play good guy and talk about feelings that don’t matter and say how the finance guy could have been “more professional”. Again tanner their sales guy is amazing just watch the back end people!
