Gary and Matt in service were amazing. My wife and I were driving from Colorado to Utah to visit some friends and our car dash started to look like a Christmas tree. After wasting a day at another local jeep dealership who said they’d help us, tried to sell us $600 batteries, and then called us 15 min prior to closing saying they didn’t get to diagnose our car, we went to Young Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Riverdale on a Saturday in desperation as no other Jeep location was open. Gary welcomed me and listened attentively. He quickly said he could help us. It seemed like he dropped everything he was doing and grabbed his mechanic, Matt. Matt, whom I’m sure probably had other jobs he was working on, immediately took a look. He provided me more information from a 1 hr visit than the other dealership did with a whole day. He gave me his professional opinion and waived the diagnostic fee. I am extremely impressed at how the Gary and Matt made me feel noticed, appreciated, taken care of, and heard in such a short amount of time. A complete 180 from how the other dealership felt. I highly recommend Young Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Riverdale. And Gary and Matt need a raise and/or promotion, they were seriously amazing. Thank you!

I purchased a Dodge Ram 2023 5500 cab chassis from Ken Garff in Salt Lake City. Almost $90,000. They installed the bed from the dealer. I've been having problems with the running lights shortening out. Took it to riverdale dodge dealer to get it checked out. I only have 22,000 miles on the truck. Still Within the manufacturer warranty. When I first arrived in the service department, the advisors have your back to you. Stood there almost 10 minutes before somebody seen that I was even there. They told me that it would be covered under warranty , if it was a manufacturer defect. Told me it would be $235 to diagnose it if it wasn't a manufacturer defect. Did not explain it to me that the bed is not covered under manufacturer warranty. Should have stopped right there and not had them do any work. My thinking was the whole truck is covered. After they diagnosed the problem, they told me it was a computer software update. After the update it was determined the bed was not wired correctly. Charged me $177 and the truck is still not fixed. I was quite upset for spending $90,000 and the truck still not fixed. Called Ken Garff in Salt Lake and they said they would fix it under warranty. They will take care of me.

Great service! I bought the mother's day package and the detail they did on my wife's car was unbelievably good. Never had any issues with the service they have done. Always super clean. No oil drips, no burning oil smell.

This is the third bad experience we have had with this dealership. Never with their work but always with their customer service and timeliness. Unfortunately we have to go through a dealership because of our warranty but we will be driving to Logan from now on. I brought my car in for what they said would be a same day fix and they, had my car for three weeks exactly. In fairness part of it was the warrantees fault but we had asked them to fix the ac before the part came and they didn’t causing the time to extend. They also charged us and the warranty double dipping. When we called them on it they said, fine we won’t charge the warranty and you can pay that bill instead. Seems very dishonest. We also asked them to check a specific problem before doing some ac work and they didn’t. It ended up being the problem we said and would have been cheaper if done first. When we tried to discuss this stuff with them they were rude. I understand something are out of your control but the compassion was understanding is and that was simply not there. If you don’t care how you’re treated the work is fine. Slow but adequate. However if you value customer service, transparency, and honesty, please learn from us and make the drive to a different location.

.,.. let's see where to begin. I wasn't looking to buy a new truck but I stopped by the dealership on the way home from home Depot and I saw this big beautiful Dodge ram diesel in the front .. I wasn't sure about buying another vehicle from the Young's cuz I've had issues in the past but that was years ago but talking to the sales team and Noah after a week or so we worked out the agreement and it's sitting in my garage and it's a beautiful machine and I'm happy
