# Summary The dealership receives strong praise from most customers for smooth purchasing experiences, knowledgeable and friendly sales staff, thorough vehicle inspections, and professional service department interactions. However, some customers have reported serious concerns about the accuracy of technical information provided during sales and follow-up service issues, with complaints about unresponsive management when problems arise.

We had an amazing experience purchasing our 2024 Jeep Sahara from YXE Auto! From the moment we walked in, the process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. A huge shoutout to Anton — he was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and never once made us feel pressured. We are so happy with our 2024 Jeep Sahara and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Anton went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one, and it truly stood out. We would highly recommend YXE Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks again, Anton, for all your help!

I’m very happy with my experience at YXE and the 2018 Grand Cherokee I bought earlier this month. Sarov was a very good sales rep to deal with, he handled everything professionally and worked quickly. The Carfax, shop inspection and work order invoice was provided right away, without me even having to ask. A wiper blade needed replacing that I noticed on the test drive, he had it replaced before I even remembered to ask about it. The pickup of my new vehicle the next day was very well executed, it was cleaned again, staged nicely in the warmth and ready to go. Paul, the pre-owned manager, was courteous and good to deal with when it came to pricing talks. A very smooth transaction. For finance, I dealt with Petros, who was fantastic in every way. He took great care in getting me the best rate possible, as well as the specific warranty options I was looking for. Everything went great! Dealing with him was like chatting with an old friend. Great guy all around! Overall, I’m quite happy with YXE Auto. Honestly, for what the franchise vehicle dealership scene has become in Saskatoon, these guys are an outlier. It is nice to know they are still locally owned, not sold to a publicly-traded, ‘turn and burn’ finance company masquerading as a vehicle dealer, like a lot of dealerships in the city are now. It was great to see that even a good quality, low mileage local trade-in like the Jeep I bought was still run through the shop, inspected, fully detailed, oil changed and anything needing to be fixed was done prior to listing it for sale. That goes a long way in my eyes. Especially after the awful test drive in another Jeep I had at another dealer before coming here. Great experience, will be back and would recommend to anyone!

We visited this dealership in March of 2025 specifically to look at a Durango that had just come in on trade. We weren’t certain a Durango would meet our needs because we have a daughter with a disability. Ideally, we wanted a van with a 3200 pound tow capacity. The Durango didn’t work for us so we decided to test drive a 2022 Chrysler grand caravan with only 9000 km on it. We liked the van, but clearly raised concerns about towing capacity. We asked the salesman to price out a brand new van with the factory tow package and when he came back out, we were told that there was effectively no difference between models. “There is no such thing as a factory tow package.” We understood that meant they all had the tow capacity of 3600 pounds as we had seen advertised online. Relying on that information, we went ahead and asked them to install a hitch, wiring and brakes at the dealership (for a significant cost). When we later prepared to tow with the van for the first time, we double checked with our mechanic and learned that this van is not properly equipped for the towing capacity that we require. This is extremely concerning and not at all what we understood at the time of the purchase. Why would anybody put in a hitch, wiring and brakes for a camper, on a van that can’t tow said camper?! When we contacted the dealership to raise this issue, we were told that we signed a contract. We were also repeatedly told that the sales person we dealt with is no longer there. From our perspective, this does not address the issue. The information was provided at the time of sale by a representative at the dealership and we made our decision based on that understanding. Changes in staffing should not negate the responsibility to address the concerns about the accuracy of the information provided during the purchasing process. In the meantime, we have already sold the vehicle that we used to use for towing so this has left us in a difficult position. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and humiliating. At minimum, we feel the information that was provided to us at the time of the sale was incomplete, dishonest, and/or inaccurate. The only way the dealership is prepared to address it is to trade in the vehicle for a different one. Really? Another sale for them. . seems counter intuitive for us. We would strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase here to independently verify all specifications especially towing capacity, rather than relying solely on verbal assurances.

I bought my vehicle from the dealership back in September, and I even recommended my parents to get a car from this dealership because the process was easy, the payments were simple to set up. I’m writing now because I recently took my car in for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Even though they were busy, they were still accommodating and polite, I also used their shuttle service to pick me up after the car was ready, since I was at work and couldn’t wait at the dealership. Overall, I would honestly recommend buying a car from them and getting your service done at YXE auto. Thanks :)

I don't recommend the service. I took my truck in for a couple recalls and a coolant leak and now my truck isn't drivable. I talked to the service manager and he said he'd look into it and get back to me and I've recieved nothing. Update..... I recieved a phone call/voicemail from YXE auto to discuss this review on Oct 27/25. A name and phone number were left for me to call. I tried calling a few times over the next couple days and even left a voicemail in return and I received nothing back. The reply to this review seems to be nothing more than a way to placate me and to let those reading the review think that they are doing something in regards to my concerns. Added is a photo my my coolant reservoir that they flushed. I was not informed of the contamination. After I talked to the service manager he said he'd look into it and get back to me and I have recieved nothing from him in a week and a half. There was obviously something wrong with my truck and they failed to mention it to me. They just flushed it and left it. The flushing could also be why I had to spend another almost $4000 replacing my 3 way valve and a restricted heater core. Had the contaminated coolant been addressed I may have been able to save my truck.
